Step One: Determine how much you can borrow

Based on standard lender qualifications and your credit history, income and property information, we can give you the answer.
Step Two: Pre-qualify for your loan
Gather your information together. We need to know your employment history, your income information, your assets, and your residence history. Based on the information you give us, and with your permission, we run your credit and give you a pre-qualification letter that you can give to your realtor to let them know you are a serious buyer. While you are looking for the perfect home, we are looking for your perfect loan!
Step Three: Apply for your loan
Finish completing your application with us either online, in person, or over the phone. Give us the information on the home you’ve found (or the home you are refinancing) and we will order an appraisal and complete the approval process.
Step Four: Your loan is funded
We will coordinate with your realtor and seller to schedule a closing at a title company or attorney's office. After signing the necessary documents, your loan is closed and funded.
